We also run a winter training program that focuses on plyometric and agility training to can help athletes with any sport.  Winter Club runs from early February through end of March.

Cost: $75

Registration fee includes rental of the facility, a JRC shirt or hat, entry to one indoor meet (USATF Iowa Indoor Meet - March 24 at Grinnell College)

**USATF Membership is required.
